- Dr Young was inextricably linked with all aspects of this work, this included experimental design and the practical application of experimental methodologies including: Antagonist dosage schemes and delivery, tissue collection, tissue sectioning, histological analysis, morphological analysis method development/implementation, muscle function testing (grip and diaphragm force measurements), Western blotting and immunolocalization. Dr Young was also heavily involved in writing and editing the paper.
