- This article relates to a multi-disciplinary phase I clinical trial for which the co-author contributed towards the analysis and interpretation of microbiological and biofilm data. This specifically involved the interpretation of basic microbiological readouts, support in the visual analysis of confocal images, and establishing the experimental set-up for the measurement of nitric oxide levels in patient sputum samples. The co-author was also involved in preparation of the manuscript.
