- This empirical international conference paper presents an in-depth qualitative case study exploring the integration of UX design with the DSDM agile software development approach. This is the only empirical study of UX and DSDM and has contributed to a novel understanding of practice in this area. The paper is well cited. Moreover, the work has been widely disseminated to agile practitioners. A companion White Paper and a follow-on pocketbook “DSDM and UX” are both available on the authors’ research website www.agileresearchnetwork.org (website visits over last 12 months = 891) and on the funders’ website www.agilebusiness.org.
