- This 534-page monograph is the product of 9 years research into the competition law systems of the EU and its Member States. It re-examines the ‘received wisdom’ on the uniformity of the EU legal order and constructs a new framework for organising the legal order, making use of extensive research into the economics of federalism and political science literatures as well as law. Finally, it interrogates the uniformity of the EU legal order from the perspectives of both EU constitutional law and EU competition law.
