- Additional information
- Small improvements in the performance of Industrial Fluid Catalytic Cracking units, used to break down oil into smaller fractions, results in substantial financial gains. This work shows that the industrial riser profiles, in the FCC units, can be predicted accurately. This ability to predict FCC riser profiles will result in improved operation of FCC units and increased yields of desired products.
