- This paper led to two successful EPSRC grants by the authors (EP/R009678/1, £100,961 PI: M Babaei 2017-2019, and EP/R021627/1, £100,650, PI: V Niasar 2017-2019). The algorithm in the paper for correlated heterogeneity has been directly used by international researchersat UNSW Sydney, (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ces.2017.06.044). Subsequently, the research led to new contacts with UNSW, a 4000 AUD grant was given by UNSW to a PhD student at UoM to visit and collaborate with UNSW.
