Stewart, et al. propose an optimisation layer for RIPL (ACM, 2019). RIPL is extensively reviewed by in a survey by Numan et al. (IEEE, 2020) and compared in detail to OpenCV in the PhD thesis of Harris (Wright State University, USA, 2017).
