- Patrick Weltevrede: Weltevrede provided the radio measurements for more than half of the analysed sample. These are the observations quoted in section 2 as the observations from the "42 ft telescope and Lovell telescope at Jodrell Bank (UK)". As a consequence more than half of all the data point in all shown figures, and more than half of all the results in the shown tables was only possible because of this contribution. Therefore all conclusions of this paper are facilitated by this contribution.
