- Published in a top journal in the area of computer science, this paper presents a significant new research work in designing an efficient multilevel indexing algorithm based on the equivalence theory to achieve effective service discovery in large-scale disaster service repositories. This paper represents the culmination of research developed under a Sino-UK Higher Education Research Partnership programme (funded by UK British Council and Ministry of Education China) in collaboration with Tongji University, a top Chinese University. This research work has been presented in a Keynote in 18th IEEE International Conference on Ubiquitous Computing and Communication (IUCC) 2019.
