- Double-weighted statement
- This is the first study of its kind in the field, generating new knowledge applicable to several areas of academic and policy interest including migration, gender, labour relations and home studies in a book of over 200 pages. It required a sustained research effort of over three years to produce, including an ESRC grant on which Cox was PI and Busch was named researcher. This included the collection and analysis of a large body of new qualitative and quantitative data including over 60 in depth interviews and 1000 classified advertisements.
