- Additional information
- Whilst most Freight models usually model mode choice per trip and are aggregate, our approach presented here employs transport chains and estimates a model on disaggregate data from Sweden and France. Arising from international cooperation in a consortium including the Technical University of Denmark, this estimated model was implemented in the new transport model of the European Commission DGMOVE: Transtools3 and published in special issue on logistics models.
