- This work led to a new release of the widely-used open-source code DualSPHysics, an international collaboration of 6 universities with 8000+ downloads. Instrumental in being awarded an eCSE/STFC grant funding of £79k for follow-on research and helped secure the collaboration with a leading motorsport company with iCASE £81k funding with an industrial contribution of £28k. Led to multiple invited talks including 3rd International Workshop on Advances in Computational Mechanics (IWACOM), 2015 in Japan.
