- This work was the output of the EPSRC and BAE Systems joint funded project (CASE/CNA/07/82). It presents a novel adaptive queue management scheme that can bound the nodal delay to a required level, to provide a guaranteed nodal delay for IoT devices. It is the first generic scheme to provide bounded delay transmission for a generic wireless ad hoc network. The concept and its effectiveness has been proved in a simulation and testbed experiments and later subsequently led to a Royal Society industrial fellowship (Contact: Mr. Harry Alexander Harry.Alexander@royalsociety.org) to exploit this further.
