- Additional information
- This work is one of the outputs from the EU FP7 ISA-PACK project (GA:289521). It shows how the embrittlement of a sustainable and biodegradable polymer can be controlled through the addition of a non-toxic polymer poly(ethylene glycol), and that the melt viscosity can be reduced via the same addition. The key application area of this work is single-use, food-safe and biodegradable packaging.
