- This paper presents analysis of the Cu-dependence of CZTSe properties. The data showed that behaviour of devices was consistent with decreasing CuZn antisite defect population, rising concentrations of copper vacancies (VCu) and ZnCu-VCu defects and increasing ordering of Cu and Zn. The work led to an invited talk at a Science Café organised by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and the Russian Academy of Sciences in 2018.
