- This paper is based on an EU-COST Networking project (2010-2014) titled “Public Private Partnerships – Trends and Theory (P3T3)”. The performance measurement system developed has been adopted to build a Wiki Database, assessing performance of over 75 EU PPP infrastructure projects. It is the only database available for all modes of Public Private Partnership (PPP) transport projects across Europe and has been widely used by researchers and practitioners. The research also supported a successful Horizon 2020 bid “Business Models for Enhancing Funding and Enabling Financing of Infrastructure in Transport” (BENEFIT; 2014-1016, approx. €1.5Million). Liyanage is a Co-I of this project.
