- This paper extends the research work from the EU FP7 Project MONICA, which was led by Shumao Ou. The resource scheduling framework proposed in this paper tackled the problems of online decision making for cloud radio access networks to accommodate more mobile data and still maintain high system stability, which were burning issues for mobile service providers. The work was based on a real world trace. It has been implemented in Wuhan China. The work also contributed to another research project funded by the National Science Foundation of China under grant 61620106011.
