- Double-weighted statement
- This substantial monograph (284 pages) draws on extensive oral histories of more than 60 people and detailed research in three dozen archives to provide a sophisticated comparative study of anti-nuclear protest in 1970s France and West Germany. It is the product of sustained research effort over many years, and by analysing the transnational dimensions, diverse outcomes, and internal divisions of anti-nuclear protest, the monograph provides an encompassing and nuanced understanding of one of the largest 'New Social Movements' in post-war Western Europe.
