- We study ontology-mediated query answering in the presence of negation and inequalities, features crucial for practical query languages such as SPARQL, and establish surprising undecidability results for DL-Lite ontologies. The article is partially based on the conference paper at the 7th Int. Conf. on Web Reasoning and Rule Systems (RR 2013), which received a best student paper award and itself has 20+ GS citations (it was not returned to REF 2014).
