- Contemporary Processes of Text Typeface Design (pp. 1-153) published by Routledge is the first research monograph of its kind to address the longstanding paucity of research into expert knowledge involved in text typeface design processes. This sole authored text comprises six chapters and an introduction and conclusion. A Grounded Theory Methodology (Glaser & Strauss 1967) was utilized and the research was conducted over a six year period. This included collection and coding of data via theoretical sampling from twelve in-depth interviews with world-leading text typeface design experts.
