- Martin Swain led the syntenic analysis of Glossina genomes, which was performed by making whole genome alignments to Drosophila. He supervised a researcher who implemented the software pipeline that was required to complete the analysis, and their visualisation of the syntenic block analysis is shown in Figure 4.
