- The ongoing collaboration with Chadwick's team at Keele Institute of Science and Technology in Medicine (Aberdeen University since 2019), applies a range of techniques to this problem (https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/8858971), and has recently published an evaluation of neural network approaches (https://doi.org/10.1109/IJCNN48605.2020.9206772), in the context work on prosthetic controllers (see Outputs: Kyriacou, T). Day had applied the convoluted neural network approach has been applied in other collaborative research (e.g. land use, with Keele Life Sciences: 10.1007/s12559-017-9468-2, and civil engineering, with National Physical Laboratory: 10.1016/j.engappai.2017.05.014).
