- The collaboration was established via the Erasmus Mundus Visiting Postdoctoral Grant offered by the EU. The grant was advertised via the National University of Malaysia’s International Relations Centre. The research has led to a collaboration in a Spencer Foundation grant bid in development of assistive technology for the UK and Malaysia Education with collaborators from Bournemouth University, National University of Malaysia, and Google, US (Eurasia and North America). The research was used as a basis in successful bids for international (Erasmus+ grant) and national grants (fundamental research grants and Malaysian Research Universities Network grants).
