- The work was done in collaboration with Nokia Bell Labs (contact person is Dr. Chung Shue Chen, chung_shue.chen@nokia-bell-labs.com). Radio resource scheduling algorithms for heterogeneous mobile communication networks are designed with theoretically guaranteed and simulation-verified convergence. Simulation software for 4G networks was developed that is standard-compliant. The software was used by Junio Moreira (juniomoreira@iftm.edu.br) from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Triângulo Mineiro for several of his publications.
