- The research received attention from the broad aviation safety community and received several recognitions. In 2017, authors were invited to the OECD, SMS International Transport Forum (ITF) in Paris. Moreover, inquiries for studying the research were received from NASA- Aerospace Quality Assurance, Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Australia, and Quality Assurance Operations of Oman Air. Finally, in 2018 one of the authors was invited as a distinguished speaker to the OECD ITF in Leipzig to address the ‘’system safety approach’’ and the application of this research, and to help further improve flight safety and accidents rates.
