- Double-weighted statement
- This is a longer-form output which demonstrates sustained research efforts with collection and analysis of a large body of material. The monograph includes empirical data obtained from 3 archives in Brazil, 24 interviews with leading experts, as well as secondary data, i.e. 17 energy dispute cases decided by the WTO Dispute Settlement Body. This piece of work also investigates the interplay between energy security and green energy, from different perspectives, and in relation to different contexts, e.g. two very different country case studies – Great Britain and Brazil, and the legal disputes in the law of the WTO.
