- This monograph had a long gestation of over seven years - first preliminary studies on sovereignty and post-sovereignty were published by the author as early as 2010. The book is based on an extensive theoretical and practical research and combines the most general jurisprudential knowledge with particular conceptualisations of the systems of European law and politics. The extent of research and preparation of argumentative strategies and designs took over five years and required an annual study leave to complete. This general framework subsequently had to be supported by a detailed analysis of legal resources which took over eighteen months.
