- Knight was one of two Associate General Editors within a five-person general editorial team of the five Nichols volumes, in which she held general editorial responsibility for overseeing foreign-language material across the five volumes, especially for checking Latin translations. Knight was sole editor of English and Latin texts (of which she was also sole translator) in the following four accounts: 'Queen Elizabeth's Visit to the University of Oxford, 1566' (1:466-672; approx. 90,200 words); 'Accounts of Dinners Held for the Court of Exchequer at Westminster Hall, 1573-1574' (2:94-125; approx. 8,100 words); 'Baron Łaski's Visit to the University of Oxford, 1583' (vol. 3, pp. 168-180; approx. 7,000 words); and 'Queen Elizabeth's Second Visit to the University of Oxford, 1592' (vol. 3, pp. 622-679; approx. 29,700 words). Knight's total sole-authored contribution can be quantified as approx. 135,000 words, or as 306 pages across three volumes of the five-volume scholarly edition.
