- This paper presents a set of optimisation policies for running jobs in interoperable cloud systems. Its impact comprises (i) a novel simulation toolkit SimIC, (ii) a set of algorithms for job distribution optimisation, and (iii) an extensive experimental analysis. The SimIC toolkit is an open-source project ADD URL, and the academic community has utilised it to simulate cloud environments.
