- Christian Morgner was solely responsible for editing this 291-page collection. This included conceiving the overall framework of the collection to which others had to respond. All chapters went through internal review stage in order to ensure that they had clearly responded to the statement. He developed the core concept and critical framework for the volume, decided the structure, wrote the introduction (c. 8,122 words) and chapter six (c. 19,333 words), and carried out all editorial work, working with an international team of contributors.
