- Additional information
- The book was jointly planned and edited by Prof. Mirko Canevaro (Edinburgh) and Dr Benjamin Gray (now Birbeck, previously Edinburgh). The editors co-authored the introduction chapter and in acted as main authors of a further chapter each. The volume was the result of an ongoing research collaboration between the editors (at the time of the original conference and of the editing and production of the volume both in Edinburgh) and the wider research community in Edinburgh, with further chapters by Andrew Erskine (submitted separately) and Raphaëla Dubreuil (at the time an Edinburgh PhD student).
