- NMReDATA is an open format for nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) data. This is an important type of analytical data, which so far was stored either in vendor formats or incomplete. The new format is designed to become the industry standard in the area. A prestigious journal (MRC) will make deposition of data in the NMReDATA format compulsory. Instrument manufacturers (Bruker) and software vendors (MestreLab, ACD/Labs) have announced support for the format. Contacts: MRC - Trevorrow, Paul <ptrevorr@wiley.com>, Bruker - Kessler, Pavel <Pavel.Kessler@bruker.com>, ACD/Labs - Dimitris Argyropoulos <Dimitris.Argyropoulos@acdlabs.com>, MestreLab - Carlos Cobas <carlos@mestrelab.com>
