- Additional information
- For the first time, performance benefits were demonstrated of both spatial multiplexing and spatial diversity using analogue radio-over-fibre (RoF) links to separate antennas and obtain greater channel decorrelation. This research formed the basis for further collaborative work, supported by EU and UK research grants (RAPID EU H2020 - 643297 and NIRVANA EPSRC - EP/L026031/1). Furhter work has ben influenced by this paper, for example DOI: 10.1109/JLT.2018.2832028.
