- This single-authored monograph of 233 pages develops an original methodology, which can be applied widely, providing innovative insights into art and material culture. The case study (based on archival documents) on which the methodology is tested brings to the fore a new perspective of modern art. Because of the scope in intellectual engagement with a complex issue of developing, applying and evaluating a novel methodology, the writing of this book took eight years. Steps towards this book involved the organisation of three conferences, a co-edited book with own contribution and an article.
