- This 280-page monograph systemises and critically analyses the EU courts’ jurisprudence on evidence standards in competition proceedings. It results from more than five years’ research and required the collection, organisation and examination of a large body of over 400 primary sources, mainly case law (eg, judgments from the General Court and the Court of Justice and AG Opinions, and judgments from the ECtHR), as well as EU legislation and soft law (eg, Commission Guidelines and Best Practices). Drawing on these materials, this work produces a typology of evidence standards in competition proceedings at the EU level.
