- Basque Cinema: A Political and Cultural History is a long-form monograph output (260+ pages) drawing on a period of intense and on-location research supported by Leverhulme Trust Major Research Fellowship (2012-14) and Associate Research Professorship at the University of Deusto in San Sebastian. Based on research in the Basque Film Archive, it was published simultaneously in Spanish and English, and is the first study that comprehensively addresses Basque Cinema from its first short films in the 19th century to its online film culture in the 21st.
