- This high-cited work crucially addressed secrecy performance assessment in full-duplex relay systems and was published in one of the top journals (IEEE TIFS) in this field, which has provided the stimulus for a set of high-quality publications. Its success underpinned a successful collaborative response mode proposal with Newcastle and York Universities and Atlas-Elektronik, UK Leaders in the field, in Full-Duplex for Underwater Acoustic Communications (£420K [FEC], EP/R002665/1). This paper is also cited by the US patent (US 2020/0106545 A1) applied by the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. The outputs of this paper are transformative and will contribute to the development of FD-based security networking.
