- Author contribution statement
- Rackham - I am a contributing author to this study where I provided the expertise to identify the context in which IL11 and its receptor are expressed and contrasted this to IL6 and its receptor. This helped provide the evidence to demonstrate the IL11 signalling is an important determinant in cardiac fibrosis and it is signalling via fibroblasts and not immune cells and I also contributed to writing the paper.”
