- This paper develops the first game theoretic smart-home-aware bi-level market model which lays the foundation to construct a smart community infrastructure consisting of multiple smart home cyber-physical systems. This paper received the prestigious 2018 IEEE Systems Journal Best Paper Award. IEEE Systems Journal, as a premier journal in System Science and Engineering, selects “the papers deemed the best among those published in the IEEE Systems Journal during the preceding calendar year”. Only less than 1% of the papers published in 2017 received this award from IEEE Systems Journal (https://ieeesystemscouncil.org/awards/systems-journal-best-paper-award)
