- A novel artificial intelligence algorithm is provided able to automatically detect objects present in a video that are able to attract human attention. The implications and the impact are significant in the area of surveillance, defence and civil services, mainly due to the creation of a new enabler able to help human to spot what may be of interest. This international research collaboration has been done in the context of an Erasmus+ initiative.
