- This significant monograph is the culmination of the AHRC-funded project ‘Transformation and Tradition in Sixties British Cinema: Production Cultures, Cross Media Relations and National Branding’. Petrie, the PI of the project, contributes three chapters, the introduction and conclusion. This output also reflects sustained research effort over the course of the three-year project, the generation of an extended and complex piece of research and the collection and analysis of a large body of material, surveying and interrogating a whole decade’s cinematic production.
