- Double-weighted statement
- This research monograph is based on long term research conducted over 8 years and engages with findings from different qualitative research projects conducted during this time. The book draws on a substantial amount of audio- and video-recorded interactional data recorded over this extended period of time in over 10 different organisations. These data, which are immensely difficult to obtain, have been systematically analysed to develop a new framework for analysing culture, which is presented in this research monograph.
