- Pickel came up with the initial idea, which was significantly refined in collaboration with his co-author. The plan for each section was discussed together. Pickel and the co-author divided the writing of the initial sections. The crucial argumentative moves were in §6.1 which Pickel drafted and §6.2 which the co-author drafted. Every section was revised collaboratively after it was initially written.
