It is the second most-cited article of the whole journal, IEEE Transactions on Communications, since 2018 (~150 citations; 70 times the average for an article of its age and subject; Scopus 12/20). The content of this article was presented at the 2018 IEEE International Conference on Computing, Networking and Communications, where it won the Best Paper award.
