- This paper developed an improved computational tool for the planning and operation of 21st century power distribution networks operating under stressed conditions and requiring voltage ancillary services from distributed photovoltaic systems. With the proposed tool, the challenges of tuning of distribution network parameters to achieve convergence (in iterative procedures) to practical solution has been addressed. The work was invited for presentation at the IEEE Power and Energy Society General Meeting 2020 and was also part of the discussions with senior consultants from TNEI Group, UK, on improved software suites development.
