- The paper presents a series of design patterns for the creation of virtual environments based on the analyses of real-world settings conducted as part of the BENOGO project (IST 2001_39184). The work has contributed to 3 PhDs O'Neil, Carroll and McCall and was influential in the Blended Spaces research which resulted in one of our submitted impact case studies.
