- Double-weighted statement
- Double weighting is requested for this 208 page monograph which results from a complex, extended, difficult and multi-layered process of creative methodological investigation over several years of continuous research among Latin American migrant women working in domestic and sex work in London. This study presents this extended research project in considerable depth across the diverse context of the globalisation of the care work industry. The intimate lives of migrant care workers are analysed from legal, social, economic and moral perspectives, demonstrating how the study of global networks of care and labour illuminates the complexity of neoliberal care markets.
