- This paper underpinned by the RICS Research report authored by Dr Konanahalli is the first to categorise empirically drivers and challenges associated with Big Data implementation. The findings were presented at the “Automation at AI Inspiration and Examples from Facilities Management (FM) and beyond event” attracting over 70 delegates in London. The applied research work has also led to underpinning two Knowledge Transfer Partnerships funded by Innovate UK and one PhD student to develop a framework to streamline information flow between key FM systems.
