- Paper describes a scalable algorithm for classifying network traffic patterns during real-time interactive applications (e.g. computer games). The evaluation included real-time video and VOIP applications provided by Interroute (Europe’s largest ISP, contact Antonios.Kollaras@interoute.com) and Argela Turk Telekom (Major EU telecoms provider, contact burak.gorkemli@argela.com.tr) and provided insights to their design teams around next generation quality of service and quality of experience in an increasingly dynamic networked world. This work supported a follow-on grant (H2020 731677, €2,740,966 UoS) where a facility for large-scale adaptive media experimentation is being developed.
