- Advanced Measurement and Analysis Group Inc. (AMAG) (http://www.amag-inc.com) has developed a technology that uses the method proposed in this output to improve the accuracy of feedwater flow measurements in nuclear power plants, allowing an increase of the power output of nuclear reactors by about 1.5% within license limits. AMAG’s technology is used in Bruce Nuclear Power station in Canada. A number of nuclear utilities in USA are also considering using this technology, including EXELON, a US company operating 22 nuclear reactors (Engineering Vice President, AMAG).
